This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Woodworking Equipments processes, ships and delivers orders placed through our website https://woodworkingequipments.com/
1. Delivery Area
We deliver woodworking equipment, portable offices and modular units to accessible commercial and residential locations throughout the United States.
We currently do not offer standard website delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or international destinations.
Delivery remains subject to carrier availability, safe site access and local transportation restrictions. If we cannot service an address, we will contact the customer before dispatch to discuss available options. If no acceptable delivery arrangement can be made, the order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
2. Shipping Cost
Standard delivery to an accessible location within the contiguous 48 United States is free for all products displaying "Free Shipping" on the product page.
The customer will not be charged an undisclosed shipping fee after completing the order.
Additional charges may only apply when:
• The delivery site is inaccessible or unsafe;
• A delivery attempt fails because the customer or an authorized representative is unavailable;
• The customer provides an incorrect delivery address;
• The delivery address is changed after dispatch;
• Specialized equipment, permits, escorts, cranes or additional labor are requested or required;
• Storage, waiting-time or redelivery charges result from conditions under the customer's control.
Any additional charge known before dispatch will be clearly communicated to the customer for approval. We will not proceed with an additional service without the customer's authorization.
Applicable sales tax, when required, is calculated separately according to the delivery destination and displayed during checkout.
3. Order Processing/Handling and Order Cut-off Time
All orders, including in-stock, modified and unmodified equipment, are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Processing includes:
• Payment confirmation;
• Inventory verification;
• Equipment condition and quality inspection;
• Delivery-address verification; and
• Carrier scheduling.
Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM (GMT-08:00) PST — Monday to Friday
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed after business hours (Order Cut-off Time), on weekends or on holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Customized, fabricated or modified equipment may require additional production time. The applicable fabrication or preparation time will be disclosed on the product page, quotation, invoice or purchase agreement before the order is finalized.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once in-stock equipment has been processed and dispatched, estimated transit time is 4–7 business days.
The estimated total delivery time for in-stock, modified and unmodified equipment is therefore approximately 5–10 business days from confirmed payment.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by:
• Distance from the servicing depot;
• Carrier and equipment availability;
• Weather or unsafe road conditions;
• Traffic, road closures or mechanical problems;
• Permit or routing restrictions;
• Customer-requested changes; or
• Inaccessible or unprepared delivery sites.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact the customer using the email address or telephone number provided with the order.
5. Delivery Scheduling
Our logistics team or assigned carrier will contact the customer before delivery to confirm the delivery address, site conditions and expected delivery window.
The customer or an authorized adult representative must be available at the delivery location to:
• Provide access to the property;
• Direct the driver to the approved placement area;
• Inspect the equipment; and
• Sign the delivery documentation.
Customers should not schedule contractors, equipment rentals or construction work based solely on an estimated delivery date. Final arrangements should be made after the delivery appointment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery Methods for Woodworking Equipment
Depending on the type, size, weight and destination of the woodworking equipment, delivery may be completed using one of the following methods:
Standard Freight Delivery
Smaller or palletized woodworking equipment may be shipped through a freight carrier and delivered directly to the customer's address.
The customer must provide a suitable delivery location that is accessible to the freight carrier and capable of receiving the equipment safely.
Liftgate Delivery
When available and appropriate for the equipment, a freight truck equipped with a liftgate may be used to lower the equipment from the truck to ground level.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery area is level, firm and accessible for the equipment to be moved safely from the truck to the designated location.
Flatbed or Open-Deck Delivery
Larger or heavier woodworking equipment may be delivered on a flatbed or open-deck trailer.
The customer must provide suitable unloading equipment, such as a forklift, crane or other appropriate lifting equipment, unless unloading services have been arranged with us in advance.
Specialized Equipment Delivery
For oversized, heavy or specialized woodworking equipment, delivery may require a crane truck, specialized trailer, forklift or other specialized transportation equipment.
Additional charges may apply and will be disclosed for approval before the service is scheduled.
The delivery method will be determined according to the type and size of the woodworking equipment, delivery location, site access, equipment availability and any arrangement confirmed with the customer.
7. Customer Site-Preparation Responsibilities
Before delivery, the customer is responsible for ensuring that:
• The delivery address is correct and accessible;
• The placement area is level, firm and adequately prepared;
• The road and entrance can support the delivery vehicle's weight;
• There is sufficient width, height and turning clearance;
• The area is free from vehicles, structures, trees, branches and utility lines;
• Soft ground, mud, steep slopes and other hazards have been addressed;
• Required property, zoning or placement permissions have been obtained; and
• Any necessary crane or forklift is present when required for the scheduled delivery method.
The driver has the final authority to determine whether unloading can be completed safely. Drivers will not enter or unload at a location they consider unsafe or likely to damage property, equipment or the woodworking equipment being delivered.
Woodworking Equipments is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, underground utilities, septic systems or other property when site conditions were not accurately disclosed or adequately prepared.
8. Failed Delivery and Redelivery
A delivery may be considered unsuccessful when:
• The customer or authorized representative is unavailable;
• The site is inaccessible, unsafe or unprepared;
• The customer provides inaccurate site information;
• Required unloading equipment is unavailable; or
• The customer refuses equipment that matches the order and disclosed condition.
Reasonable waiting-time, storage, return-freight or redelivery costs resulting from these circumstances may be charged to the customer. The amount will be based on the actual carrier cost and communicated before redelivery is arranged.
9. Address Changes
Address changes must be requested as soon as possible and preferably at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. Any additional carrier charge resulting from a customer-requested address change will be disclosed for approval before the change is completed.
10. Inspection at Delivery
The customer or authorized representative must inspect the equipment before the driver leaves.
The inspection should confirm:
• The equipment size and type;
• The stated condition or grade;
• Proper operation;
• Visible structural and physical condition; and
• Any apparent transportation damage.
Visible damage, incorrect equipment or a significant discrepancy must be written on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt and photographed before the driver departs.
Transportation damage must also be reported to info@woodworkingequipments.com within 24 hours of delivery. The report should include the order number, delivery receipt and clear photographs or videos of the issue.
Signing the delivery receipt without noting visible damage may affect the ability to submit a carrier claim.
11. Order Tracking and Communication
Because woodworking equipment may be transported by specialized freight carriers, conventional parcel tracking may not always be available.
After dispatch, we will provide available carrier information, delivery updates or scheduling details by email or telephone. Customers may contact us for an order update during normal business hours.
12. Cancellations and Returns
Shipping-related cancellations, refused deliveries and returns are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy. Customers should review that policy before completing an order.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with the stated refund-processing timeframe.
