Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Woodworking Equipments. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which woodworking equipment, woodworking machinery, tools, portable offices, modular units and related products may be returned, replaced or refunded.

Because our products include large and industrial woodworking equipment that may require specialized freight transportation, customers should carefully review all product specifications, photographs, condition descriptions, measurements, equipment requirements, delivery requirements and policies before completing a purchase.

1. Return Period for Standard Woodworking Equipment

Eligible standard, modified and unmodified woodworking equipment may be returned within 45 calendar days after the confirmed delivery date.

A return request must be submitted by email to info@woodworkingequipments.com before the return period expires.

Returns requested after the 45-day return period will not be accepted unless the woodworking equipment has a verified defect covered by an applicable written warranty or consumer-protection law.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, standard woodworking equipment must:

• Be an unmodified, modified or standard-stock woodworking equipment product;

• Be in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered;

• Have no new damage, alterations, modifications, drilling, welding or structural changes;

• Not have been permanently installed, modified or connected to other equipment or systems;

• Not have been used improperly or in a manner inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose;

• Not have been used to process hazardous, contaminated or prohibited materials where such use could affect the condition or safety of the equipment;

• Include the original invoice, order number or other proof of purchase; and

• Receive written return authorization from our customer-service team.

We may request photographs or videos showing the exterior, interior, operating components, controls, accessories, identifying markings and overall condition of the woodworking equipment before authorizing a return.

Authorization of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Final eligibility is determined after the returned woodworking equipment has been received and inspected.

3. Buyer’s Remorse and Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept eligible returns of standard, modified and unmodified woodworking equipment when a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong equipment or no longer needs the product, provided the return request is submitted within 45 calendar days of delivery.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee is applied for all unit(s)/orders to be returned and refunded.

For an approved buyer’s-remorse return:

• The customer is responsible for arranging and paying all return transportation costs;

• The customer is responsible for safely loading and transporting the woodworking equipment;

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund;

• Original expedited, specialized or additional delivery charges are nonrefundable; and

• The woodworking equipment must pass our return inspection.

Return freight for large or heavy woodworking equipment can be substantial. Customers should obtain transportation estimates before requesting a change-of-mind return.

4. Custom and Modified Woodworking Equipment

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned due to buyer’s remorse:

• Custom-built woodworking equipment;

• Woodworking equipment with custom modifications, components or configurations;

• Woodworking equipment modified according to customer specifications;

• Equipment fabricated or configured specifically for a customer;

• Products manufactured or sourced specifically for a customer;

• Clearance or “as-is” woodworking equipment expressly identified as final sale; and

• Any woodworking equipment altered after delivery.

Custom or modified woodworking equipment remains eligible for review if it arrives materially different from the approved specifications or contains a verified defect in workmanship.

Where possible, we will repair or correct a verified custom-fabrication or modification issue. If repair is not commercially reasonable, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Normal Characteristics of Used Woodworking Equipment

Used woodworking equipment may display cosmetic and operational signs of previous use, including:

• Surface rust;

• Faded or mismatched paint;

• Dents, scratches and patches;

• Previous-use markings;

• Wear on surfaces, components or working areas;

• Normal wear on motors, controls, belts, blades, bearings or other components;

• Stiff, worn or previously serviced operating components; and

• Other ordinary signs of previous use.

These characteristics are not considered defects when they are consistent with the woodworking equipment’s advertised condition or grade.

Used woodworking equipment is not represented as cosmetically or mechanically new unless specifically stated in the product description. Returns based solely on normal cosmetic or operational wear will be handled as buyer’s-remorse returns and may be subject to return freight and the 20% restocking fee.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Woodworking Equipment

Customers or their authorized representatives must inspect the woodworking equipment at delivery before the driver leaves.

If the woodworking equipment is visibly damaged during transportation, materially defective or different from what was ordered, the customer should:

1. Note the issue clearly on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt;
2. Take clear photographs or videos of the woodworking equipment and damage;
3. Keep copies of all delivery documentation; and
4. Contact us within 24 hours after delivery.

Failure to note visible transportation damage on the delivery documents may affect our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

For a concealed material defect that could not reasonably have been identified during delivery, contact us as soon as it is discovered and no later than 7 calendar days after delivery.

After verifying the claim, we may provide one of the following remedies:

• Repair of the verified defect;

• Replacement with comparable woodworking equipment;

• A mutually agreed partial refund; or

• A full refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect woodworking equipment product, Woodworking Equipments will be responsible for reasonable approved return or replacement transportation costs. No restocking fee will apply.

Customers must not arrange return transportation or repairs without written authorization. Unauthorized costs may not be reimbursed.

7. Refused Deliveries

A customer should not refuse delivery solely because of normal cosmetic or operational characteristics associated with the purchased woodworking equipment’s advertised condition.

If a customer refuses woodworking equipment that:

• Matches the order;

• Meets the advertised condition;

• Has no material transportation damage; and

• Was delivered according to the confirmed arrangement,

the refusal will be treated as a buyer’s-remorse return. The customer may be responsible for return transportation, storage, redelivery charges and the 20% restocking fee.

A customer may refuse materially damaged or incorrect woodworking equipment after documenting the issue on the delivery receipt and contacting us immediately.

8. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email info@woodworkingequipments.com with:

• Your full name;

• Order or invoice number;

• Delivery address;

• Woodworking equipment description;

• Reason for requesting the return;

• Photographs or videos of the woodworking equipment; and

• A copy of the signed delivery receipt, when applicable.

Our team will review the request and respond with approval, denial or a request for additional information.

If approved, we will provide written return instructions and the authorized return location. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Do not ship, transport or deliver returned woodworking equipment to our business address without a confirmed appointment and written return authorization.

9. Return Transportation

Large woodworking equipment cannot be returned through conventional parcel services when its size or weight requires specialized transportation. Returns must be transported using an appropriately licensed and insured freight carrier when applicable.

For buyer’s-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for:

• Selecting and paying the return carrier;

• Ensuring the carrier has suitable equipment;

• Properly loading and securing the woodworking equipment;

• Obtaining required permits; and

• Ensuring the woodworking equipment arrives without additional damage.

The customer remains responsible for the woodworking equipment until it is received and inspected at the authorized return location.

For a verified incorrect, damaged or defective woodworking equipment product, we will coordinate or approve the appropriate return or replacement transportation.

10. Inspection of Returned Woodworking Equipment

Returned woodworking equipment is inspected after arrival to confirm its identity, condition and eligibility.

If the woodworking equipment has been altered, used improperly or damaged after delivery, we may:

• Reduce the refund to account for the loss in value;

• Deduct reasonable repair or cleaning expenses; or

• Reject the return if the woodworking equipment no longer satisfies the eligibility requirements.

We will notify the customer by email after completing the inspection.

11. Refund Amount

For an eligible buyer’s-remorse return, the refund will generally equal:

Original product price, minus the 20% restocking fee, return transportation expenses owed to us and any authorized deductions for customer-caused damage.

For a verified incorrect, damaged or materially defective woodworking equipment product, the customer may receive a full refund of the product price and applicable standard delivery charges if repair or replacement is not provided.

Applicable taxes will be refunded according to the amount of the approved product refund and governing tax requirements.

12. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days after:

• An eligible returned woodworking equipment product has been received and inspected; or

• A cancellation or refund has been approved when no physical return is required.

After we initiate the refund, the customer’s bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.

Refunds will not be issued to a different person, bank account, card or payment method unless required by law.

13. Order Cancellations

Standard, Modified & Unmodified Woodworking Equipment

A standard woodworking equipment order may be cancelled for a full refund before it has been dispatched.

Once the woodworking equipment has been dispatched or assigned to a carrier, cancellation will be treated as a return. Return freight, carrier expenses and the 20% restocking fee may apply.

Custom or Modified Woodworking Equipment Orders

A custom or modified woodworking equipment order may be cancelled within 3 business days after payment only if fabrication, modification or material procurement has not begun.

Once fabrication, modification or procurement has started, the custom woodworking equipment order cannot be cancelled or refunded because labor and materials have already been committed specifically to that order.

Cancellation by Our Company

If we cannot provide the ordered woodworking equipment and no acceptable replacement is agreed upon, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

14. Exchanges and Replacements

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed because woodworking equipment availability, model, condition, specifications and inventory may vary.

If an exchange is approved, the replacement will be subject to current availability and pricing. Any difference in price, transportation or applicable taxes must be resolved before dispatch.

For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect woodworking equipment product, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable replacement without charging a restocking fee.

15. Policy Abuse and Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund request involving:

• Fraudulent payment activity;

• Falsified photographs or documents;

• Product damage caused after delivery;

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs;

• Misuse of the woodworking equipment; or

• A return request that does not satisfy this policy.

This provision does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.
