The HKS101GR CNC sawing machine is a fully automated panel cutting centre built for door frame production and high-volume panel processing. Its mother-and-child blade configuration handles both primary and scoring cuts in a single pass, protecting panel surfaces while maintaining production speed.
Running on a Taiwan Baoyuan control system with industrial PC control, the machine manages complex cutting patterns without operator intervention. The seven-zone vacuum table holds material securely across the full 1220mm x 2750mm working area, making it suitable for cabinet shops and furniture manufacturers running continuous production.
