Thank you for choosing Woodworking Equipments ("we," "our," or "us"). Because our catalog includes everything from handheld power tools to heavy industrial workshop machinery, our logistics and shipping procedures vary based on the size and weight of your order.

This Shipping Policy provides clear details on shipping methods, delivery timelines, freight handling, and tracking so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship orders using different methods depending on the item's dimensions, weight, and fragility. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping tier.

A. Standard Parcel Shipping

  • Eligible Items: Handheld power tools, accessories, replacement parts, consumable goods (blades, sanding discs), and smaller workshop hardware.

  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

B. Freight Shipping (LTL - Less Than Truckload)

  • Eligible Items: Stationary machinery, heavy industrial equipment (table saws, band saws, planers, CNC routers), and orders exceeding 150 lbs.

  • Logistics: These items are secured on wooden pallets or packed inside heavy-duty crates to ensure maximum protection during transit.

  • Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days depending on your location and transit routes.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Standard Orders: Orders for standard in-stock inventory are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Freight & Large Equipment Orders: Heavy machinery orders require careful securing, palleting, and inspection before dispatch. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for freight order processing.

  • Custom Configurations: If your equipment requires custom technical modifications or specialized factory tuning, our team will provide a custom fulfillment timeline at the time of purchase.

Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or official public holidays.

3. Freight Delivery Rules & Requirements

Freight shipments operate differently than standard parcel deliveries. If your order is arriving via a freight carrier, please review the following requirements carefully:

  • Delivery Appointment: Once the shipment arrives at your local freight terminal, the carrier will contact you at the phone number provided during checkout to schedule a delivery window. You must be present at the delivery location to receive and sign for the shipment.

  • Curbside Delivery: Standard freight shipping includes Curbside Delivery only. The driver will lower the pallet or crate to the ground at the curb or the edge of your driveway using a liftgate. Drivers are not responsible for moving the machinery into your garage, workshop, or commercial facility.

  • Facility Access: Ensure your delivery location can accommodate a large freight truck (semi-truck/box truck). If your location has tight access restrictions, dirt roads, or low clearances, please contact us prior to shipment to make alternative arrangements.

4. Inspection Policy for Freight Deliveries

Crucial Step: You are legally responsible for inspecting the shipment before signing the delivery receipt from the carrier.

  1. Examine the Packaging: Check the outside of the crate or pallet for any visible signs of damage, puncture, crushing, or exposure.

  2. Note Any Damage: If you spot any damage to the packaging or the machinery, write "DAMAGED" explicitly on the delivery receipt before signing it. Take clear, high-resolution photographs immediately.

  3. Report Within 48 Hours: If your equipment arrives damaged, report it to our team at support@woodworkingequipments.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can expedite a claim and issue a replacement.

5. Tracking and Order Updates

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your delivery in real-time. For freight orders, this tracking info allows you to monitor its progress to your local terminal.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import tariffs, brokerage fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional expenses are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
