iTECH CRT Desktop CNC Router + Cabinet Stand

The iTECH CRT2436A is a desktop CNC router built around a 2.2kW air-cooled spindle, giving it the cutting capacity to work across wood, plastics, composites, aluminium, and foam within a compact footprint suited to prototype work and small-scale production runs.

The machine runs on heavy-duty lead screw-driven X and Y axes, with double linear rail guides on the X-axis and linear bearings on the Y-axis. This combination delivers the rigidity and repeatability that consistent machining accuracy demands.

Workholding is handled via a T-slot base with a replaceable MDF sacrificial surface, keeping setup straightforward and maintenance costs low. The integrated cabinet storage base keeps tooling and materials close to hand without cluttering the workspace.

Control is via a Rich Auto handheld controller, and the machine is supplied with V Carve Vectric Pro — a capable CAD/CAM package that covers the full range of 2D and 3D toolpaths this router is designed to execute.
